This Thursday is Cycle to Work Day and we are encouraging people who live and work in West Berkshire to leave their car at home and try cycling to work. If you pledge to ride on line, then you will be entered into a prize draw to win one of a hundred prizes, including a Raleigh bike worth £700 (www.cycletoworkday.org).

Every workplace needs a champion to promote the message and organise events. Luckily, the Cycle to Work Day team have come up with a Champion Toolkit, which gives you lots of great ideas.
