This 29 mile ride will really test your legs as it takes in some of the biggest hills in the area, visiting the high points of Ashmansworth, Faccombe and Linkenholt.

Although it starts and finishes in West Berkshire, it takes in parts of Hampshire and Wiltshire, with some fabulous views. A particular highlight of the route is the glorious descent down Ham Hill.

If you need a break after climbing the hill to Faccombe, then The Jack Russell Inn provides a welcome rest point. But if you want to wait until later in the route, then there’s The Craven Arms at Enborne.
